Klingerpark Seeboden
Our greatest wish for civil marriage is to hold the ceremony among leafy and wonderful trees just next to the most beautiful lake in Austria. This wish came true. On August 8th, at 11 o’clock, we will celebrate together at “Klingerpark” in Seeboden.
The park segregates a small bay with the effluent from the rest of the lake Millstatt. It is also very close to many Hotels and Bed and Breakfasts places, which should be very convenient for you.
The depth of lake Millstatt reaches 141 meters, which makes it the deepest Austrian lake – and the one with the most water! Also, there are several sayings about this lake. One of it: Domitian, Archduke of the Karantan, let about 1000 statues of old gods sink in the lake – that’s where its name came from: the lake of the 1000 statues.
